Funding

Can Speak is registered through;

All private health funds
Medicare care plan initiatives

Your child may be eligible for partial rebates via the Medicare Allied Health Initiative for Chronic Disease Management Items (previously Enhanced Primary Care Plans).

You will need to discuss eligibility with your GP.

Payment

All assessment and therapy sessions within the clinic are to be paid for after each session.

EFTPOS facilities are available on premise. Invoices may be provided for home and school appointments.

Cancellations

Clients unable to attend a scheduled appointment for any reason must provide notice before 12pm, one business day prior to the appointment.

If notice is provided after 12pm, one business day prior, a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment fee is payable, including any travel conducted.

Failure to attend, or late cancellation of two scheduled consecutive appointments, or three appointments within three months, will result in a Scheduling Hold being placed on your account, meaning you will not be able to schedule further appointments.

If the appointment can be filled, the cancellation fees will be waived.
