Amber Toms

Speech Pathologist

Amber is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. She holds a Master of Speech Pathology, and a Bachelor of Community Education from the University of Canberra.

Amber enjoys working with people of all ages, getting to know them, their individual interests and needs, learning how to make sessions engaging and meaningful for each of them. She is committed to collaborating with individuals and their families, and discovering new and interesting ways to use games and resources in sessions, to support people to achieve their chosen communication goals.

At home Amber loves having friends and family over, playing board games with her husband and two children and doing puzzles. She also enjoys engaging with the outdoors by gardening, riding her bike, walking up Mount Painter, or just reading with a cup of tea in the garden.
